WYOMING

Take A Hike

Trails through Yellowstone Join an Institute naturalist for four days of hiking, wildlife viewing, and discovery in the world’s first national park. Carefully chosen hikes explore Yellowstone’s diverse landscapes, from the geyser basins around Old Faithful to the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. An evening wildlife viewing expedition is dedicated to searching for elk, bison, grizzly bears, wolves, and other species. This is an active program and participants must be prepared for daily hiking. Lodging and Learning Packages Explore Yellowstone from the inside out through these educational excursion packages. These cooperative programs combine the unparalleled experience of the Yellowstone Association Institute (one of the largest and most well respected field schools in the National Park System) and the accommodations, meals and activities of Yellowstone National Park Lodges. Interact with a fun and knowledgeable naturalist from Y.A.I. on an adventure you will never forget! Add your suggestions for Things You Should Do in Wyoming by clicking on the comments button.
